About these terms

These terms apply to purchases on industrialboilerspares.com, operated by Tulsi Engineers, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Prices and GST

Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated. GST is charged at the applicable rate — CGST and SGST for delivery within Gujarat, IGST elsewhere — and shown separately on your tax invoice.

Prices marked "indicative" or "on request" are confirmed in a written quotation.

Orders

An order is confirmed when payment is verified, or when a Cash on Delivery order is accepted. We may cancel an order if a part is unavailable or a price was displayed in error; any payment is refunded in full.

Technical suitability

Product information is provided in good faith. Confirming that a part suits your boiler, pressure and application is the buyer's responsibility; our engineers are available to help before you order.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ahmedabad.
