Dispatch

In-stock spares are dispatched from Ahmedabad within 24 hours on working days. Made-to-order items show their lead time on the product page.

You'll get an email, SMS and WhatsApp message with the courier name and AWB number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping charges

Parcels up to 20 kg go by courier through Shiprocket. The charge is the recommended courier's rate for your PIN code and parcel weight, shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay (GST extra).

Orders over 20 kg — and PIN codes couriers don't serve — go by road transport. Freight is payable to the transporter on delivery unless stated on your invoice.

Use code FREESHIP5000 at checkout for free courier shipping on orders of ₹5,000 and above (product value before GST).

Tracking links

Courier orders get an AWB number and tracking link. Transport orders get the transporter's name, LR / docket number, vehicle number and a tracking link where the transporter offers one. Both appear on your order page and in the Shipped SMS / email / WhatsApp.

Delivery time

Most deliveries arrive 3–5 working days after dispatch. The estimated delivery date is shown on every product and at checkout, and updates automatically from the courier.

Heavy and oversized items

Boilers, heaters, chimneys, tanks and other equipment are delivered by road freight or installed by our site teams. Freight is quoted with the equipment.
