What we collect

Your name, mobile number, email, company name, GSTIN and addresses — what's needed to process orders, raise GST invoices and deliver.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, send order, payment and shipping updates by email, SMS and WhatsApp, respond to enquiries, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the services that complete your order: Razorpay for payments, Shiprocket and its courier partners for delivery, and our SMS, WhatsApp and email providers for notifications. We don't sell your data.

Your choices

You can update your details from your account, or ask us to delete your account by writing to us. Invoices are kept for the period required by GST law.
