Equipped with wear-resistant liners for extended life. · Capacity Range: Typically designed for 1 TPH to 50 TPH depending on ash load and boiler size. · Material of Construction (MOC): Mild Steel (MS) for general ash handling. Stainless Steel (SS 304/316) or High-Chrome Alloys for highly abrasive or corrosive ash. Heat-resistant alloys for handling high-temperature ash (up to 600°C or more ). · Drive System: Geared motor or direct drive arrangement. Option for variable speed drive (VFD) to regulate ash flow. · Orientation: Can operate in horizontal, inclined, or vertical layouts based on plant requirement. · Sealing & Bearings: End bearings are isolated from ash using sealing arrangements to prevent ingress. Heavy-duty hanger bearings for long conveyors.
